DIRECTIONS: -  From Llandrindod Wells take the A4081 and B4358 to Newbridge-on-Wye.  On reaching the village turn right immediately after the Garage onto Sychpant and Penmaes is the first property on the right.    Sale board erected   


From Builth Wells take the A470 North (towards Rhayader) for 5 miles to Newbridge-on-Wye.  Go past the Church then turn right by the New Inn (for Llandrindod Wells).  Sychpant is on the left after 200 yards.
