DIRECTIONS - From our office in Llandrindod Wells take the A483 South to the mini-roundabout and turn left onto Spa Road East.  Carry straight past County Hall and the School onto Cefn Llys Lane and proceed carefully for 3 miles. Cwmbrith Bungalow is on the right shortly after the steep hill through the forestry.


From Penybont  - Turn by the river bridge for Hundred House and proceed for nearly 2 miles, then turn right shortly before Brynthomas Farm.  Carry straight on for about a mile, passing the farm buildings at Cwmbrith Farm and Cwmbrith Bungalow is on the left after a further 200 yards and is approached over a cattle grid.
